In 2021, Thailand was the top importer, with 464,240 metric tons. Thailand, Germany and Taiwan placed second, third and fourth respectively in this ranking. Exports of pesticides in Germany are forecasted to reach 639,660 metric tons by 2026, growing at a rate of 1.1% every year. Since 1995, German supply of pesticides has increased by 0.4% annually. In 2021, the United States was the top exporter with 600,950 metric tons. Germany, Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom placed second, third and fourth respectively in this list.
