Estonian exports of semiconductors have dropped 16.6% year-on-year to 47.5 million euros in 2021, down from 56.9 million euros in 2020. Since 2005, the country's supply has decreased by 12.4% annually. It came in 23rd position in 2021, with Lithuania overtaking at 47.5 million euros. Sweden, the Netherlands and Denmark respectively took the 2nd, 3rd and 4th places. The Estonian semiconductor market is expected to reach 6.6 million euros by 2026, up from 5 million euros in 2021. This represents an average annual growth of 4.5% since 2013, when the market increased by 17.1% year-on-year. Estonia was in 12th place in 2021, with Spain ahead at 5 million euros. France, Italy and the United Kingdom respectively took the 2nd, 3rd and 4th spots. Estonian imports of semiconductors are forecast to reach 1.1 million euros by 2026, up from 1 million euros in 2021. This is an average annual growth of 2.2% since 2005, when demand increased by 9.4% year-on-year. Estonia ranked 18th in 2021, with Bulgaria overtaking at 1 million euros. The United Kingdom, Denmark and Ireland respectively took the 2nd, 3rd and 4th places.
