Demand for Milk Powder in Malawi is expected to reach 2.6 million kilograms by 2026, growing at an average annual rate of 3.2%. This is a notable increase on 2021 figures, when the country was ranked 77th with 2.1 million kilograms. Macedonia overtook Malawi in 2021, with 2.1 million kilograms. The Philippines, Indonesia and Algeria were the top three countries in the ranking. Malawian Milk Powder exports saw an increase of 13.5% in 2017, rising from 466 kilograms to 529.05 kilograms. However, since 1995 the supply of this product has declined by more than half, with a year-on-year fall of 52.9%.
