Meanwhile, Korea's frozen fish imports are forecast to reach $1.6 billion by 2026. In 2021, imports totaled $1.5 billion, up 1.4% year-on-year. Since 1993, Korean demand has grown at an average of 2.6% annually. Thailand led the 2021 ranking with imports totaling $1.5 billion, followed by Japan, Thailand, and Korea.
