The forecasted demand for coffee in Spain is set to reach 203,350 metric tons by 2026. This is a 0.6% increase from 2021, when the country consumed 196,000 metric tons. This relatively steady growth began in 2017, with a 0.5% year-on-year rise. Russia was the biggest consumer of coffee in 2021, with 196,000 metric tons, overtaking Spain which came in 11th place. Brazil, Germany and Japan came in 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively.
