This is an increase since 2021 when Imports were 106 million kilograms and Exports were 20.9 million kilograms. Over the past two decades, Lithuanian Methanol Imports have grown at an average annual rate of 8.7%. This is expected to continue, with Imports projected to rise 3.3% each year until 2026. Exports are also on the rise, with an average annual increase of 3.9% since 1999. Lithuania was the 26th largest Exporter in 2021, behind Spain at 20.9 million kilograms. Iran, Saudi Arabia and the United States were the second, third and fourth biggest Exporters respectively.
