The Netherlands is set to see its imports of ammonia reach around $92 million by 2026, up 1.4% from 2021. This marks an increase of 7.7% since 1997. Exports of ammonia from the Netherlands, however, are forecast to drop 1.7% to around $155 million by 2026, with no change since 1997. In 2021, Malaysia overtook the Netherlands with $172 million in exports, while Saudi Arabia, Russia and Indonesia followed in second, third and fourth place.
