Since 1986, the supply of freight in Croatia has increased by an average of 1.8% year-on-year. Meanwhile, Croatian freight revenue is expected to rise to €1,980 million by 2026, representing a 2.1% year-on-year growth from the 2021 figure of €1,720 million. Since 2017, the market has been up 5.2% year-on-year. In 2021, Croatia ranked 24th in freight revenue, overtaken by Ireland, which had a figure of €1,720 million. France, Germany and Poland were the second, third and fourth highest respectively.
