Global cement exports are set to reach almost $9 billion by 2026. This is a 0.7% decrease from 2021, when the figure was $9.1 billion. Since 2017, global supply has increased by 0.6% year on year. Thailand topped the list of the largest exporters of cement in 2021, with exports valued at $652 million. Canada, Germany and the United Arab Emirates followed, in second, third and fourth place respectively. Moldova saw a dramatic increase in exports of 195.5% since 2017, while Montenegro saw a decrease of 87.7% over the same period.
