Report 2 – “A Status Quo Review of Climate Change and the Agriculture Sector of the Western Cape Province” Western Cape Government, April 2015.

There is a section is this report that highlights how the agriculture sector has strong linkages to the manufacturing sector in the form of food and beverage processing. If we take a look at the province, around 37 % of the sector’s output is used for food and beverage production. We will be able to find also a strong link to input suppliers such as feed, equipment, fertilizer and packaging companies.
