BMI View: Magyar Telekom has partnered with Fon to launch a free Wi-Fi service. Customers will be ableto access the internet outside their homes without any data limits or excess charges, in nearly 2,000localities in Hungary and some 20 countries worldwide over Fon's Wi-Fi network. BMI believes Fon will beable to rapidly monetise these pervasive advanced on-the-go value-added services, creating valuable newrevenue stream for the Hungarian incumbent.

- Just 40,000 new mobile subscriptions were added in 9M15, taking the total to 10.929mn. This was alittle below expectations and we estimate 10.972mn by the end of the year. The focus is on 3G/4Gmigration and customer numbers will reach 7.255mn by 2020.

- In the wireline arena, the focus is on rolling out DOCSIS 3.0 and fibre high-speed accesses, overwhich operators can deliver multiple high-value services. Triple-play services are in demand, but lowincome rural areas will be hard to penetrate. There were 3.214mn broadband accesses by end-2015,rising to 4.041mn by 2020.
