Volume is only included for road freight, rail freight and air freight. Units of volumes are measured in freight tonne kilometres (FTK). Freight volumes where applicable, include both domestic and international freight, which for the purposes of this market research report are counted in the country of origin.. Any currency conversions used in the creation of this market research report have been calculated using constant annual average exchange rates.
