This report forecasts US medium- and heavy-duty (MD/HD) truck and bus production, retail sales, and park (or vehicles in use) in units to 2017. Total production, retail sales, and park are each segmented in units in terms of heavy-duty trucks, medium-duty trucks, and MD/HD buses.
To illustrate historical trends, total production and retail sales are provided in an annual series from 2002 to 2012; the various segments are reported at five-year intervals for 2007 and 2012.
