million IPTV subscribers globally. We anticipate that number will

more than triple by 2013. But unlike other markets where the

technology has been proven over the course of several years,

we believe that IPTV's growth will be highly asymmetric. Instead

of experiencing steady growth across all regions, IPTV's rapid

adoption will be concentrated in specific countries and even

regions of those countries. There will be hotspots of adoption in

limited geographic areas while much of the world continues to do

without the service.

Based on reported numbers of IPTV operators worldwide, we

see significant adoption already in what have become the ?usual

suspect countries such as France, Hong Kong, China, the United
