% in 2013), there is still a lot of potential to invest in the market because much of the

A lot of customers do not yet prioritize investments in UC applications ( x %) and are
somewhat insecure about the product’s reliability ( %). That leaves space for vendors to
invest in ways to demonstrate to the end user the benefits and the value of UC and
Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, and Peru remain the top x regions, with the highest growth
expectation for 2014. Moreover, Colombia stood out as the respondent country with the
most expected growth, surpassing Brazil and showing a lot of potential for 2014.
UC client applications grew substantially in 2013, and is the product with the largest
expected growth in 2014, according to the surveyed companies.
Cloud services’ use is expected to significantly increase in the next months, driven by the
lower total cost of ownership and faster access to advanced technologies.
