ATMs have an established presence in Hong Kong, providing a centralised and convenient form of banking services for customers. In 2015, there were 3,500 ATMs in Hong Kong, operated by two major networks, the HSBC Holdings and Hang Seng Bank ATM network, and the JETCO network that comprises of 32 member banks. ATM services include cash withdrawals, fund transferrals, bill payments and balance checks. Chinese renminbi cash withdrawals are also available through most ATMs.
