The company acquires, explores, and develops neodymium, praseodymium, dysprosium, europium, yttrium, zirconium, niobium, tantalum, and rare earth elements and metals deposit properties. Its projects include Brockman and Yangibana projects. HTML's Brockman project located 18 km southeast of the historical gold mining centre of Halls Creek in the East Kimberley Region comprises 10 prospecting licenses and one exploration license and produces niobium tuff, rare earths oxides, heavy rare earths oxides, niobium pentoxide, zirconium oxide, rare metals tantalum, hafnium, and gallium deposits. The company's Yangibana project is located approximately 270 km east northeast of Carnarvon on Wanna Station in the Gascoyne region of Western Australia covering an area of 650 sq km and produces rare earth elements and metals deposits. It has operations in Kazakhstan and Australia. HTML is headquartered in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
