• Industry consumption volumes declined with a CARC of -1.7% between 2011-2015, to reach a total of 192,047.6 thousand units in 2015.

• The performance of the industry is forecast to accelerate, over the five-year period 2015 – 2020. The continuation of slow-down in growth of real estate market in 2016 can be attributed, in part, to over-supply in the market, along with decelerating economic growth.
