LabCorp has a network of branches along with 54 primary laboratories and more than 1,800 patient service centers. In addition, it operates specialty testing, such as oncology testing, HIV genotyping and phenotyping, diagnostic genetics, cardiovascular disease risk assessment and clinical trials. The key subsidiaries of the company include Dianon Systems, Dynacare Laboratories, Integrated Genetics, Integrated Oncology, Litholink, Monogram Biosciences and National Genetics Institute amongst others. The major clients of the company are managed care organizations, physicians, hospitals, government agencies and biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies spread across all the 50 states in the US, the District of Columbia, Belgium, Puerto Rico, Japan, China, Singapore, the UK and three Canadian provinces.
