Enterprise telecoms budget trends
Keeping telecoms costs down is top priority for in enterprises of all sizes. While multinationals keep a tight control on most expenditure and have successfully driven fixed costs down, they are frustrated when it comes to mobile. Small enterprises take a more pragmatic approach, since they have less influence with their service providers when it comes to pricing. They expect most prices to continue to rise.
