In 2007, Shandong Sun Paper Inudstry Joint Stock Co., Ltd achieved sales of 5.083 billion yuan, compared with last year same period, decreasing 6.12 per cent; main business sections’ profits was 542 million yuan, 32.63 per cent growth compared with last year same period, making 382 million net profit, an increase of 29.90% year-on-year.

in 2007, the investment’ incomes and other business sections’ incomes were 184 million yuan, which contributed 33.93 per cent of the total profits and 48.15 per cent of the parent company’s profits, these two sections’ incomes have become the main contributors to company’s total profits.

The project of 300,000 tons liquid wrapping paper is scheduled to complete in August of 2008, this will be a historical point for Asia paper industry, because it is the first liquid wrapping paper project in Asia region. This project will raise company’s competitive capacity in the paper market.
