The role of mobility in unified communications
Unified communications (UC) will impact the way we all communicate and collaborate. However, it is mobile users that will see the greatest benefits; UC will provide a much richer experience for everyone that needs to communicate and collaborate any time and anywhere. Mobility will be at the core of the UC ecosystem but it will bring additional complexity, meaning better integration and more standardisation.
