A key feature of the Ovum Navigators is client feedback, and our interviews and surveys have yielded some common themes: many clients feel their vendors need to be more proactive in updating systems for efficiency; a number of clients pointed to a lack of legacy skills on the part of their suppliers; and there’s a contrast between customers who want forward-looking transformation of their IT and those who want dependability at the most affordable price. No vendor ticks every box and even those rated strong on strategy and execution may not offer the most comfortable fit for every client.
