Spanish animal feed sales are projected to reach €17 billion by 2026, up from €15 billion in 2021, at an average annual growth rate of 1.8%. Since 2013, the Spanish market has grown 5.4% a year. Germany, the Netherlands and France ranked second, third and fourth, respectively. Exports of Spanish animal feed are expected to reach 677 million kilograms by 2026, up from 585 million kilograms in 2021, with an average annual growth rate of 2.3%. Since 1994, Spanish supplies have increased 5.4% each year. In 2021, the United Kingdom overtook Spain, with 585 million kilograms, to take the number one spot. Germany, Belgium and the United States ranked second, third and fourth, respectively. Imports of Spanish animal feed are projected to decrease 2.6% a year, to 182 million kilograms in 2026 from 213 million kilograms in 2021. Since 1994, Spanish demand has decreased 0.8% annually. In 2021, Hungary overtook Spain, with 213 million kilograms, to take the number one spot. Germany, Belgium and Ireland ranked second, third and fourth, respectively.
