In 2021, Germany was the biggest market at €32 billion, followed by Denmark, France and the United Kingdom. The U.K. saw an 18% yearly increase, while Cyprus was down 12.9% since 2016. The European Vessel Fleet is expected to hit 2.3 million units by 2026, with no annual change. Greece led the market with 359,000 units in 2021, followed by Italy, Denmark and Croatia. Italy rose 5% year on year, while Slovenia dropped 7.6% since 2016.
