European import, revenue, and export of semiconductors is set to hit €1,495.2 million, €919.2 million, and €322.7 million respectively by 2026. This marks a decrease of 1.8%, 11.3%, and 1.0% year-on-year, respectively, on average since 2016. Germany led the rankings in all three categories in 2021, reporting €84.5 million in import, €1.14 billion in revenue, and €106.7 million in export. The United Kingdom, Denmark, and Ireland followed Germany in import, while France, Italy, and the United Kingdom followed in revenue. Sweden, the Netherlands, and Denmark followed in export. Latvia saw the highest jump in import year-on-year, increasing by 24.1%, while Malta saw the highest decrease, dropping by 54.5%. Finland saw the highest jump in revenue year-on-year, increasing by 72%, while the Netherlands saw the highest decrease, dropping by 43.7%. Romania saw the highest jump in export year-on-year, increasing by 112.9%, while Malta saw the highest decrease, dropping by 68.5%.
