Tobagonian salmon imports skyrocketed in 2015, reaching 1,310 kilograms from 113 kilograms the year before. Export of the fish from Tobago also saw a dramatic increase in the same period, jumping from 35 kilograms in 2014 to 1,180 kilograms in 2015. This made Tobago the 47th largest exporter of salmon that year. The Philippines led the rankings, followed by Sweden, Chile and the United Kingdom.
