Korean Forestry Revenue is projected to decline slightly over the next five years. According to recent estimates, the country's forestry revenue is expected to decrease from 2,250 thousand hectares in 2023 to 2,240 thousand hectares by 2028. This represents a modest annual decline of 0.1%. This trend is not new for South Korea. Since 1995, the nation's forestry supply has been gradually shrinking, with an average annual decrease of 0.2%. The ongoing reduction underscores long-term challenges faced by the forestry sector in maintaining and expanding its revenue base.
