Import of yarn of artificial staple fibres not packaged for retail sale to Finland: Decrease in 2017

European Commission reported that the indicator diminished by 6.17 percent compared with the prior year. Yarn import decreased from 653 220 Euro to 612 920 Euro, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it went down by 43.37%. It hit its 23-year minimum. Finland saw a diminution of 77.92% in yarn import during the last 23 years. Furthermore, it has had a fall at a 0.17% compound annual growth rate during the five years with a negligible overall decrease since the start of observations. It averaged 1 516 564.35 Euro from 1995 to 2017 and it attained its maximum of 3 235 610 Euro in 1997.
