Import of cement clinkers to Germany: Increase in 2017

United Nations Statistical Office published that in comparison to the previous year the indicator went up sharply by 35.08%. Cement clinkers import strongly climbed by 24 924 144 kilogram, versus the prior year when it dropped by 13.34%. Germany saw a drop of 89.84% in cement clinkers import over the past 27 years. Furthermore, it has shown a 0.17% compound average annual growth rate during the last 5 years with a modest overall decline since the start of observations. It averaged 534 644 621.19 kilogram from 1991 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 1 967 235 200 kilogram in 1994 and record low of 9 192 200 kilogram in 2009.
