Export of live pure-bred breeding horses from Tanzania goes down in 2016

United Nations Statistical Office reported that in 2016 horses export declined strongly by 99.64%. The indicator fell sharply by 1 052 200 kilogram, in contrast to the prior year when it rose by 2.33 percent. The overall changes for the previous 16 years hit an increase of 3 750%. Besides, it has shown a growth at a 0.21% CAGR during the five years with a negligible overall raise since the start of observations. It averaged 189 431.88 kilogram from 2001 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 1 056 050 kilogram in 2015 and record low of 30 kilogram in 2007.
