Export of mixes and doughs for bread, pastry, biscuits from Europe increases in 2017

Compared with the prior year the variable climbed by 7.26%, new data from United Nations Statistical Office display. Bakery export grew by 9 159 968 kilogram, in comparison with the previous year when it dropped by 0.89%. It pinpoints the all-time high since 2000. Europe saw a raise of 273.55% in bakery export during the last 18 years. Besides, it has shown the CAGR of 0.03 percent over the last 5 years with a slight overall growth since the start of observations. It averaged 83 021 562 kilogram from 2000 to 2017 and it reached its minimum of 36 229 984 kilogram in 2000.
