Chromite ore exports in United States goes up in 2015

In 2015 the variable grew sharply by 47.85 percent, refreshed figures from U.S. Geological Survey illustrate. Chromium export rose greatly by 1 000 metric ton, in contrast to the prior year when it dropped by 22.59 percent. United States saw a decrease of 92.26% in chromium export over the past 18 years. Furthermore, it has shown a 0.1 percent average annual growth rate during the last five years with a negligible overall drop since the 1998. It averaged 14 468.5 metric ton from 1998 to 2015 and it reached its all-time high of 44 600 metric ton in 2000 and record low of 743 metric ton in 2009.
