Import of guavas, mangoes and mangosteens to Israel goes down in 2016

Mango import fell sharply by 69.02% in comparison with the previous year, refreshed figures from United Nations Statistical Office present. Mango import strongly declined by 158 190 kilogram, contrarily to the prior year when it increased by 2 112.71%. Israel saw an increase of 2 611.03% in mango import over the past 16 years. Besides, it has attained a 0.45 percent average annual growth rate over the 5 years with a slight overall rise since the start of observations. It averaged 27 546.94 kilogram from 2001 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 229 192 kilogram in 2015 and record low of 650 kilogram in 2009.
