Re-import of coffee extracts, essences, concentrates, preparations to Canada grows in 2016

According to data published by United Nations Statistical Office, the variable grew strongly by 2 962.16 percent compared with the prior year. The indicator sharply went up from 37 kilogram in 2015 to 1 133 kilogram previous year, versus the prior year when it went down by 99.36 percent. Canada saw a decrease of 87.47% in coffee import over the past 17 years. Besides, it has attained a 1.41 percent compound average annual growth rate during the last 5 years with a negligible overall drop since the 2000. It averaged 1 209.47 kilogram from 2000 to 2016 and it hit its all-time high of 9 040 kilogram in 2000 and record low of 1 kilogram in 2004.
