Import of sterols and inositols to Denmark: Decrease in 2017

According to statistics released by United Nations Statistical Office, organic chemicals import fell by 9.61% compared to the prior year. The indicator declined by 6 641 kilogram, compared with the previous year when it went up by 3.2%. Denmark saw an increase of 187.58% in organic chemicals import during the last 29 years. Still it has attained a diminution at a 0.11 percent compound average annual growth rate during the five years with a slight overall growth since the 1989. It averaged 62 612.03 kilogram from 1989 to 2017 and it hit its all-time high of 132 502 kilogram in 2001 and record low of 21 733 kilogram in 1989.
