Export of crude palm oil from Tanzania: Diminution in 2016

In comparison with the year before the indicator fell sharply by 94.4 percent, according to adjusted figures issued by United Nations Statistical Office. Palm oil export strongly dropped by 994 200 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it diminished by 81.96 percent. Tanzania saw a fall of 93.48% in palm oil export during the last 20 years. Likewise, it has attained a diminution at a 0.44 percent compound annual growth rate over the last 5 years with a marginal overall raise since the start of time series. It averaged 819 703.85 kilogram from 1997 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 5 837 280 kilogram in 2014 and record low of 800 kilogram in 2004.
