Number of direct debit transfers in India: Raise in 2017

Bank for International Settlements published that compared with the prior year direct debit transfers number increased by 18.47 percent. The variable went up from 364.9 millions to 432.31 millions, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it grew by 26.43%. It highlights the all-time high since 2007. The overall changes for the previous 11 years attained a rise of 240.13%. Furthermore, it has had the compound average annual growth rate of 0.18% over the last 5 years with a slight overall growth since the start of time series. It averaged 222.11 millions from 2007 to 2017 and it reached its minimum of 127.1 millions in 2007.
