Import of beet-pulp, bagasse and other sugar manufacturing waste to Spain decreases in 2017

Food ingredient import slightly decreased by 0.77 percent in 2017, new figures from European Commission highlight. Food ingredient import went down barely from 33 204 250 Euro in 2016 to 32 948 230 Euro previous year, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it declined by 8.67%. The overall changes for the previous 23 years attained a rise of 5.02%. Still it has attained a negative CAGR of 0.07% over the last five years with a negligible overall drop since the start of time series. It averaged 31 349 020.09 Euro from 1995 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 47 318 500 Euro in 2013 and record low of 16 390 290 Euro in 2010.
