New vehicles registrations in Chile: Raise in 2017

In 2017 the indicator increased by 17.86 percent, according to figures released by OICA. The variable rose from 319 606 to 376 682, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it went up by 7.33 percent. The overall changes for the previous 13 years attained an increase of 88.34%. However, it has shown a diminution at a 0.01% average annual growth rate during the five years with a slight overall growth since the 2005. It averaged 294 653.92 from 2005 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 397 643 in 2013 and record low of 180 696 in 2009.
