According to refreshed numbers announced by European Commission, plastics export sharply declined by 76.52% compared to the previous year. It's the lowest ever reported since 2004 as the indicator diminished strongly from 948 900 kilogram to 222 800 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it fell by 45.09%. Sweden saw a diminution of 87.41% in plastics export over the past 14 years. Moreover, it has attained a negative average annual growth rate of 0.34% over the five years with a modest overall decrease since the 2004. It averaged 3 933 764.29 kilogram from 2004 to 2017 and it reached its maximum of 8 561 800 kilogram in 2007.
