Import of ether-phenols, ether-alcohol-phenols and their halogenated, sulphonated, nitrated or nitrosated derivatives to Hungary rises in 2017

According to statistics released by European Commission, the indicator increased strongly by 32.56% in 2017. The variable sharply went up by 294 250 Euro, compared with the prior year when it diminished by 6.32 percent. Hungary saw a drop of 27.22% in organic chemicals import over the past 17 years. Furthermore, it has shown the compound average annual growth rate of 0.06 percent over the five years with a negligible overall decrease since the start of observations. It averaged 1 156 120 Euro from 2001 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 1 743 240 Euro in 2003 and record low of 729 000 Euro in 2014.
