Vehicles production in Mexico goes up in 2017

Compared with the previous year the indicator rose by 13%, according to statistics presented by OICA. Vehicle production went up by 468 050, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it grew by 0.99%. It highlights the all-time maximum since 1997. Mexico saw a growth of 199.25% in vehicle production during the last 21 years. Furthermore, it has shown an increase at a 0.06% compound annual growth rate over the 5 years with a modest overall raise since the 1997. It averaged 2 302 108 from 1997 to 2017 and it attained its minimum of 1 359 542 in 1997.
