Vehicles production in Mexico: Rise in 2017

According to updated statistics released by OICA, in 2017 the variable climbed by 13 percent. Vehicle production grew from 3 600 365 to 4 068 415, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it went up by 0.99 percent. It attained its 21-year high. The overall changes for the prior 21 years reached a raise of 199.25%. Besides, it has attained a growth at a 0.06% compound annual growth rate over the 5 years with a slight overall increase since the start of observations. It averaged 2 302 108 from 1997 to 2017 and it hit its minimum of 1 359 542 in 1997.
