Production of sulphonamides in Italy: Decline in 2017

In comparison with the prior year production of sulphonamides decreased by 14.12%, new figures from European Commission present. Production of sulphonamides diminished by 52 313 kilogram, in contrast to the previous year when it rose by 0.41 percent. Italy saw a diminution of 39.05% in production of sulphonamides during the last 22 years. Likewise, it has shown a negative CAGR of 0.03 percent over the last five years with a negligible overall raise since the start of observations. It averaged 16 175 768.32 kilogram from 1996 to 2017 and it hit its all-time high of 345 016 352 kilogram in 2012 and record low of 311 000 kilogram in 2010.
