Import of bodies for tractors, buses, trucks to Aruba: Fall in 2016

United Nations Statistical Office announced that vehicle import strongly dropped by 90.8 percent in 2016. Vehicle import declined sharply from 3 142 kilogram in 2015 to 289 kilogram prior year, contrarily to the previous year when it rose by 1 994.67%. Aruba saw an increase of 48.21% in vehicle import during the last 8 years. However, it has attained a decline at a 0.36 percent compound average annual growth rate over the 5 years with a slight overall rise since the start of time series. It averaged 952.13 kilogram from 2009 to 2016 and it hit its all-time high of 3 142 kilogram in 2015 and record low of 150 kilogram in 2014.
