Import of fresh or chilled whole dogfish and other sharks to Slovakia drops in 2016

United Nations Statistical Office reported that dogfish import strongly declined by 96.59% in 2016. Dogfish import fell greatly by 26 733 US Dollar, compared to the previous year when it grew by 769.25 percent. The overall changes for the prior 20 years attained a rise of 790.57%. However, it has had a drop at a 0.06 percent compound average annual growth rate over the last five years with a modest overall growth since the start of time series. It averaged 2 312.3 US Dollar from 1997 to 2016 and it reached its all-time high of 27 677 US Dollar in 2015 and record low of 79 US Dollar in 2003.
