Fuel oil supply and demand balance in Ukraine: Raise in March 2018

In March 2018 fuel oil supply and demand balance greatly rose by 131.82%, adjusted statistics from JODI Data show. The variable strongly went up by 188.5 thousand barrels, contrarily to the prior month when it decreased by 173.33%. One year earlier, the indicator was rising by 11.11 percent and attained -65 thousand barrels in March of the year before. Year-on-year, this displays a 410 percent fluctuation between March 2017 and March of the year after. The overall changes for the previous 7 years reached a decline of 400%. Compared with its average, the fuel oil supply and demand balance is now lower as the mean equals -57.43 thousand barrels with a overall drop since the 2011. It hit its all-time high of 260 thousand barrels in January 2012 and record low of -539.5 thousand barrels in August 2011.
