Gas and diesel refinery output in Croatia declines in June 2018
Gas and diesel oil production declined by 14.83 percent compared with May, according to statistics published by JODI Data. The variable decreased by 5.89 thousand barrels per day, in contrast to the previous month when it went up by 0.43 percent. When looking at the previous year, it can be observed that the indicator was decreasing by -7.51 percent and hit 36.06 thousand barrels per day in June. When examining the year-on-year situation, a -6.21% decrease can be noted between June 2017 and the same month the year after. Croatia saw a growth of 16.14% in gas and diesel oil production during the last 13 years. Furthermore, the gas and diesel oil production is now above average of 28.71 thousand barrels per day with a overall stagnation since the start of time series. It reached its all-time high of 265.43 thousand barrels per day in May 2016 and record low of 1.68 thousand barrels per day in January 2016.
