Household expenditure on new or used cars in France grows in 2016

The variable increased by 7.22% compared to the previous year, according to updated figures released by France National Statistical Office. The indicator climbed by 2 555 million Euros, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it grew by 6.41%. France saw a growth of 6 789.47% in new or used cars expenditure over the past 58 years. Moreover, it has shown the compound average annual growth rate of 0.01% over the 5 years with a modest overall increase since the start of observations. It averaged 19 936.71 million Euros from 1959 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 39 019 million Euros in 2011 and record low of 551 million Euros in 1959.
