Export of wood tar, wood tar oils, wood creosote, wood naphtha, vegetable pitch from Lithuania goes down in 2016

European Commission announced that the indicator sharply dropped by 68.21 percent in comparison to one year earlier. Wood tar export decreased greatly from 22 080 Euro to 7 020 Euro, in contrast to the prior year when it grew by 204.97%. Lithuania saw a rise of 1 460% in wood tar export during the last 17 years. However, it has shown a decline at a 0.12 percent compound average annual growth rate over the 5 years with a negligible overall growth since the 2000. It averaged 8 968.24 Euro from 2000 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 31 780 Euro in 2011 and record low of 430 Euro in 2006.
